Refund policy

Return/Cancellation Policy

To start a return or cancellation, please send your order # and item information to support@zmgroupllc.com.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Return freight is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent. You may cancel orders until the order has been released to the warehouse. RMA (Return Material Authorization) is required for return. Please do not ship returns to us without RMA.

Re-stocking Fee
There is a restocking fee of 25% on all returns that are not the result of our error. We welcome pre-sales inquiries, so please feel free to reach out to us first to ensure you are getting the parts you need, especially if you are about to place a large order.  

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Returned items must be in new condition and item count must be complete. Used or incomplete items will not receive a credit. ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Items that are returned without the original packaging will not receive a credit.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Orders over $1,000.00 are non-returnable/non-cancelable.  Used items, special orders, clearance items, and oversized items (such as the Shelf Bin Organizer) are non-returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item prior to placing your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We do not process exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. We will process your credit within 5 business days of receiving your return shipment. It may take additional days for your credit card issuer or bank to credit your account.
